Life can be depressing, but you still have to live the best out of it.

Many things can happen in life, form well to bad. After bad things happen, there is not much that you can help it. when in situations like that happen, you have to be mentally strong. Therefore, there are many secrets to being mentally strong. There are three things that you will have to know. First of all thinking positively. second, only think to your self, don’t compare to others. Here are some actions that you can do to think differently.

First thing’s first, thinking positively. You can always think about things like how you can get better at something or helping someone. However, don’t overthink your self. Such as I’m the best or nobody’s better than me. The reason for that is because when you do that you are lying to yourself. Then you will not be able to learn new things. So always think positively.

Next, don’t compare to others. When you compare to others, you start to magnifying your mistakes. Thinking to your self and doubting your self can make you feel like your the only one that’s having all the bad luck. Such as why I’m I the only person that has this, or why do they all have this but I don’t. When that happens you can always help others or learn from others, but you can’t do that if you are over there doubting your self.

In the end, always thinking positively and never compare to others can help you through your hardest times. Just remember to believe in your self and you well always got though hard times.
