as soon as you lose a
beloved one, and you’re life start to
crumble, thoughts of
death start to arouse,
ending in
frustration, you think “what did i do to deserve this
gruesome thing? didn’t i do so much for the world,
however it repays me by removing a loved one, on
instagram everyone seems
just fine, it’s
killing me how their
loved ones are still around”,
maybe it’s happened to you before, and
nope this is
obviously not the best way, to
pass your depression,
quite frankly it’s
really the worst way there is. the first
step is to change a habit, it could be
tiny or a big step, yes it may be
ugly but it helps a lot, this will
vanquish your depression and
when you have changed, it’s like once you’ve mastered playing your
xylophone, after that, it’s all a breeze. The past of
yelling and depression all seems so
zany.
