Everyone wants to change but something I want to change about myself is my screen time on any electronic device. Too much screen time may cause eye damage. Why I don’t want to have too much screen time because I might get glasses and we all know glasses are somewhat annoying and cost a lot of money.
The reason why I want to change the amount of screen time I get is that I don’t want to get my eyes damaged or wear glasses. Which are both something I don’t want to have. Another reason is that I don’t want to get addicted because I spend too much time on the screen.
Glasses are to help them get better eyesight. One day I noticed my eyes feeling different and weird. I asked my mom and she said. Lots of words can out of her mouth. Most were about screen time. That day I had set a goal for myself, a big goal. That goal was to limit my screen time for 1 hour. When I thought about it I was like……….this is going to take me a while to succeed.
Now I am sitting in a chair this very moment and still thinking how did I not succeed for just an extra 1 hour of screen time? I feel very bad that I didn’t succeed. Even though it was a tough challenge. After days I still try, but still nothing.
So something I want to change about myself is using up less screen time. The struggles I had and hope I am more responsible with my screen time.
